In 2022\, Fintech creates more than 40\,000 new jobs\, from engineering to data science\, Fintech is one of the most outstanding employers comparing with the other industries. \nIn the meantime\, the Fintech industry is also demanding a brand new mindset\, skills-set\, and experience that helps overcome new challenges when people are changing their career route to Fintech or when companies recruit in that sector. \nIn fact\, as every company starts to embrace technology to keep up with this new world.
