SUMMARY:CFTE went to Bermuda to talk on talent and regulation of Digital Assets
DESCRIPTION:CFTE co-founder\, Tram Anh Nguyen\, shared her insights into the tech skills at the Bermuda Digital Assets Symposium hosted by XBTO Global. \nThe panel “Furthering digital assets adoption” is a discussion with thought leaders in technology\, regulation and digital assets\, with Bobby Rhatigan\, Jerome Wilson\, Hugo Rogers\, and Tram Anh Nguyen\, moderated by Javier Rogriguez-Alarcon. \nTram Anh Nguyen highlighted a few key messages: \nDigital assets offer numerous benefits for the financial industry\, as well as some risks. This was an opportunity to highlight the need for executive education and government-led talent acceleration programs. \nHow countries\, organisations and ecosystems cope with the changes required in training people and workforce in response to the introduction of new technologies and innovations such as blockchain and digital assets. \n\nEducation and Training for regulators and professionals in traditional finance need to gain a better understanding of DeFi to foster innovation in a regulated environment.\nCollaboration and coordination between government and industry is crucial in bridging digital gaps and improving technology literacy among the general population.\nGovernment can play a key role in creating a supportive environment for the development and adoption of new technologies\, while industry can lead the way in providing education and training programs to equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to take full advantage of these technologies.\n\nThe event was an opportunity to share CFTE perspective on tech skills with the technology community in Bermuda and its trailblazers. \nRead more about SHIME talent  framework here.
