A CFTE Initiative to Close the AI Gender Gap and Empower Future Leaders

Global Women in AI: Building Tomorrow’s Leaders Today

Empowering women to lead AI innovation across industries with education, mentorship, and career development.

The Challenge: Bridging the AI Gender Gap

The field of artificial intelligence is evolving rapidly, yet women remain underrepresented. Only 26% of AI professionals are women, and this number drops to fewer than 18% in leadership positions. Historically, emerging technologies have lacked gender diversity, leading to innovation that does not fully represent society’s needs.

Barriers such as limited mentorship, unequal access to resources, and professional networks continue to hold women back. Addressing this disparity is not just about representation—it’s about creating inclusive AI systems that serve all communities.

The question is: How do we change this?

Women need more than just opportunities—they need structured pathways to leadership, hands-on learning experiences, and strong networks to support their growth in AI. This is where our initiative comes in.

Why Now? The Urgency for Inclusion in AI

Artificial intelligence is reshaping industries, from healthcare to finance, manufacturing to education. As AI becomes a driving force in the global economy, we have a limited window of opportunity to ensure women play a pivotal role in its development.

The demand for AI professionals has never been higher. Companies and governments worldwide are pushing for greater diversity in leadership, recognising that a diverse workforce leads to better innovation, ethical AI systems, and more effective solutions.

With CFTE’s presence in London, Singapore, Abu Dhabi, Hong Kong, France, Malaysia, Luxembourg, and more, we are uniquely positioned to connect, educate, and empower women across regions and industries.

The future of AI will be written by those who dare to dream, to learn, and to lead — and we cannot afford to leave anyone behind. In an increasingly AI-driven world, we need a space where women from every corner of the globe can rise together, inspire each other, and shape innovations that serve humanity. With Global Women in AI, we are building a global community—connecting people across industries to exchange ideas, learn from one another, and drive meaningful change in the AI revolution.

Together, we’re shaping an AI future that works for everyone. As we stand at this technological revolution, our unique perspectives aren’t optional, but fundamental to creating AI that serves all of humanity. Through our global community, we are breaking barriers, igniting potential, and shaping AI development by including diverse perspectives. Remember: AI will not replace you- but those who use AI will replace those who don’t! Together, we aren’t just claiming our seat at the table, we’re redesigning it entirely, creating a worldwide network where women don’t just participate in the AI revolution- they lead it.
