The AI-fication of jobs is already happening today. What does this mean for our tomorrow?
Since the First Industrial Revolution, technology has shaped societies, industries and individual jobs.
Today, Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI have emerged as the fastest and most far-reaching of all, reaching hundreds of millions of users in less than 2 years, and impacting all of us.
The transformation that AI brings to jobs is intense, deep and broad-based. In order to prepare ourselves to this new world, we need to progress our thinking in 3 different areas:
- How is AI transforming jobs?
- What will be the impact of this transformation?
- What do we need to do for it to benefit everyone?

The AI-fication of Jobs:
Preparing Ourselves for the Future of Work
The AI-fication of Jobs challenges us to think beyond the usual questions of whether jobs will be replaced or augmented.
By shifting our perspective and looking at AI through the lens of the disruptor, Huy Nguyen Trieu identifies three major trends shaping the future of work: mass displacement, the rise of supercharged professionals, and the emergence of creative disruptors.
Using the CDE Innovation Prism, a model previously applied to analyse tech giants like Amazon or Facebook, this book provides a structured framework for understanding how AI will impact jobs. It offers practical guidance for individuals, policymakers, and business leaders, showing how we can prepare, adapt, and ensure AI leads to collective abundance.
The AI-fication of Jobs is a call to shift our mindset and play an active role in shaping a future where technology benefits everyone.
The analysis of AI-fication and its impact is thorough and accessible, making this book an essential resource for industry leaders, policymakers, and individuals alike.
With a balanced yet urgent tone, The AI-fication of Jobs argues that embracing this change thoughtfully can lead to an era of collective abundance. Readers will come away inspired to engage, act, and ensure AI is leveraged to benefit all.
The first step to doing, is knowing.
