The Conversational AI in Banking Specialisation has been accredited under the Institute of Banking and Finance Standards Training Scheme (IBF-STS) which provides course fee subsidies to all Singaporean citizens and permanent residents with a valid Singpass.
Singaporean citizens under the age of 40 are eligible for a 50% subsidy. Those over the age of 40 are eligible for a 70% subsidy. This makes the Conversational AI in Banking Specialisation heavily discounted – get the course for only SGD 21.5 – SGD 64.5.
Permanent residents are eligible for 50% off, meaning they can access the course for 10.75 SGD.
Please note that all eligible participants are required to successfully complete the course within 3 months from the date of enrolment for IBF-STS funding. Incomplete programmes will not be eligible for funding claims and the learner thus being charged the full enrolment fee (SGD 215).
Participants already enrolled in the Conversational AI in Banking Specialisation are not eligible for the subsidy, even if still in progress with the course.

We believe the Conversational AI in Banking Course is unique because: We have designed a reference course with the industry for the industry. Participants will be given a comprehensive overview on the most relevant trends through a very structured curriculum. Participants will learn from industry leaders who work at the largest financial institutions, fast growing startups, investors and regulators. It gives an overview of the potential and challenges of AI in Banking, from insights of entrepreneurs who are developing AI to leaders implementing AI in financial institutions.
The course has been designed to give a solid foundational knowledge about Conversational AI, and how it applies to banking. On completion of the course, participants will be expected to: Have a good understanding of the main concepts behind virtual assistants, including machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, machine vision, etc. Appreciate the developments of AI, especially in the context of financial services, and recognise its potential and limitations. There are no pre-requisites for taking the course. This course is largely non-technical to learn the business aspects of Conversational AI. Participants can get the most out of the course if they have a general knowledge of Fintech and innovation trends in finance. This could be achieved through a structured course such as CFTE’s Fintech Foundation course, Oxford’s Fintech course, MIT’s Fintech course or similar courses
Yes, you will receive a digital certificate upon successful completion of the course. This certificate is digital so it can be shared at any time and embedded into your online professional profile.
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. Please note that you will have 1 month to complete the course. If not completed on time, you will no longer benefit from the subsidy which would make you liable to pay the full price.
This course is accredited by the IBF Standard Training Scheme. To benefit from the IBF subsidy, you must be either a Singaporean citizen or a permanent resident, you must hold a valid Singpass, and you must be physically in Singapore.
After you apply, we will check your eligibility and send you a confirmation email with a payment link within 3-5 working days. Once you make the payment, sit back, relax and wait until the course start date to receive your login details to start learning. At that point, you will have access to the introductory module that will give you an overview of the portal, and how to use it. You can spend a whole day to go through the course or 30 minutes whenever you have the time. Do make sure to complete the course within 1 month, otherwise your subsidy will be revoked and you will be liable to pay the full price. Once you have completed the course, and successfully passed all the tests, you will receive a Certificate of Completion.
