The Budapest Institute of Banking in Hungary, entrusted CFTE to train +100 collaborators of MNB in Artificial Intelligence in Finance, aiming to position them at the forefront of the AI disruption in the regulatory space.
How did CFTE Train MNB Professionals in AI?
CFTE extended their AI in Finance specialisation, to bolster the development of MNB financial professionals. The specialisation consisted of 5 courses, with a focus on the foundations of AI, emerging technologies, implementation strategies in large organisations and use cases. The course was offered to over 100 participants for a duration of 3 months.
The course was designed to facilitate a better understanding of the way AI is transforming the financial sector while providing profound knowledge of technology and its applications in finance. It assisted the professionals in the financial sector to gain the knowledge necessary to take an active part in the AI revolution. This knowledge is the quintessential ingredient required to drive digital transformation and build a competitive banking system at both the structural and systemic level.
What was the Impact of the AI in Finance Specialisation at MNB?
At the end of the course, all the participants were able to articulate key terminologies in AI, navigate and lead AI transformation projects and implement AI solutions to overcome current challenges.
CFTE hosted a graduation ceremony in Budapest for learners to receive their certificates and celebrate their entry into the world of new finance.

A Long Standing Partnership with BIB
BIB extended their partnership with the mandate to train 1,000 professionals in digital finance across the CEE region. Following this announcement, in December 2020, BIB and CFTE’ launched the Payments in Digital Finance specialisation, which they co-developed to drive the discussion around the evolution in the payments industry, the fastest growing sector in Fintech for the last few years.
