Chee Keong Teo is Associate Partner at EY Singapore and a core member of the EY APAC Assurance Blockchain Team. He leads digital asset evaluation, supporting clients with audit, compliance, and advisory services. His career spans central banking at MAS, running a crypto exchange, and designing technology for regulatory applications.
He brings deep experience in:
Blockchain infrastructure (public/private, MPC, wallet architecture)
Compliance & regulation (FATF travel rule, MAS PSA licensing)
Digital finance systems (primary/secondary trading, custody, settlement)
He holds extensive expertise in building secure blockchain solutions that bridge finance, regulation, and technology.
