Speakers:

Bowie Lau

Founder & Managing Director of MaGEHold – An early-stage Technology Angel Investment Firm nurturing innovative startups that leverage Emerging technologies like AI, Big Data, Blockchain, Cybersecurity and IoT. She is also the Founder of MaGESpire – A technology education & advisory group enabling tech ventures in areas of Strategy, Architecture & Business Development. Further, she is a partner of True Global Ventures 4 Plus – A first-of-its-kind Global Decentralized Venture Capital Fund focused on investing into promising late stage Tech startups. She is passionate about giving back to the society and runs MaGESpire Community – a knowledge enhancement forum where she conducts lots of educational events/talks focusing on emerging technologies, family offices and investments related topics. She is also Executive Committee Member at GIFT (Global Impact FinTech Forum), leading the North Asia chapter. She recently joined the Government Blockchain Association as the new Chapter Lead in Hong Kong.

Joseph Khan

Joseph has 20 years work experience with companies such as XBox, Facebook, Grab, Microsoft, Dell, Nokia and Unilever, either as Head of Department or Team Lead (both for the APAC region and/or Global). He was involved in game launches such as Halo and Mass Effect. He was also a former adjunct lecturer at the National University of Singapore Masters program. Currently the COO for Enjinstarter.

Daphne Ng

Daphne is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dedoco – a first-of-its-kind document and workflow management platform that focuses on protecting data privacy and document security for companies, leveraging on blockchain technology.

Set up in 2020, Dedoco is now transacting thousands of documents every month across Government, Banks, FIs, Professional Services, Real Estate, Tech platforms. The company is also ISO-certified and IMDA-accredited for Singapore government procurement. Currently, they have offices and teams in US, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Vietnam.

On the thought leadership front, Daphne is a regular speaker and advisor on the applications of blockchain for enterprise cloud and solutioning. In 2021, she was listed on SG100 Women in Tech and other previous accolades including #3 in Top 10 Women in Fintech (APAC), Top 100 Women in Fintech 2019-2020, and honouree at the Spirit of Enterprise (SOE) Award 2019. Currently, she is a Professional Council Member of Global Fintech Institute; and also sits on the Board of SGTech as its Lead for Web3/Blockchain Workgroup.
