Dr. Allen serves as the CLO at the National Banking Institute of UAE, EIF, overseeing Learning Strategy, Global Partnerships, Competency Standards, and Institutional Relationships, catering to over 100 financial institutions under the Central Bank of UAE. He led the high-profile Emiratization project ‘ETHRAA’, achieving professional qualification for 5,000 UAE nationals across 22 critical domains, gaining regional and global recognition. Dr. Allen played a pivotal role in transforming learning solutions at EIF, which led to the institution winning the prestigious Dubai Quality Award in 2020 for outstanding performance.
