Paul Hunter is the Head of Customer Analytics and Intelligence at First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB), a role he has held since September 2023. Prior to this position, he was the Head of Advanced Analytics at AIB in Dublin, where he led the Advanced Analytics function for over two years.At AIB, Paul was responsible for leading a team of data scientists and machine learning engineers to deliver high-value machine learning use cases at scale at the enterprise level. He developed an MLOps framework on the cloud to enhance scalability, standardization, and governance in machine learning. He also played a key role in enhancing the value of analytics products across AIB through the establishment of a value framework.In his current role at FAB, Paul continues to leverage his extensive expertise in data and analytics to deepen customer engagements and drive personalization strategies. His work focuses on developing a Customer Lifetime Value proposition and further advancing the bank’s capabilities in customer analytics and intelligence.
