Dr. Rasha Negm is an accomplished professional with over 18 years of experience spanning key roles in renowned banks, multinationals, and leading mobile operators in Egypt. Currently serving as the Assistant Sub-governor of FinTech and Innovation at the Central Bank of Egypt, she spearheads the country’s FinTech strategy, leveraging her extensive background in product development, marketing, and strategy implementation across various sectors. Dr. Negm holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Alexandria University, an MBA from the University of Wales, and a DBA from Walden University in the USA.
