Victor Yim is the Head of Fintech at Cyberport Hong Kong and a PhD candidate in Computer Science at HKU. He leverages his extensive product innovation experience in Regtech, as well as his commercial and technical expertise, to make significant contributions to the Fintech ecosystem. Previously, Victor held several key roles including Director of Product Management for Global Fraud Solutions at TransUnion APAC, Sales Director at 41st Parameter in Asia Pacific, and Sales Manager at Experian and NICE Actimize in Asia Pacific.
