She is also an advocate using her voice to speak up about systemic change through entrepreneurship, alleviating poverty across emerging markets, inequality and injustice and mental health of entrepreneurs. She believes that the way to bring dignity to people is through providing work and developing their capabilities rather than giving handouts.With that vision, she co-founded Neem in Pakistan, enabling Financial Wellness for millions of underserved people across emerging markets. With a strong focus on financial inclusion of women and other underrepresented groups. Vladi has also co-founded a global movement for healthier entrepreneurship, The Future Farm, with the vision to bring more emotional resilience, mental health and vulnerability into the world of entrepreneurs. She co-hosts the NAKED podcast normalising a public discussion about the emotional and mental health of entrepreneurs and leaders.
