Christopher Holmes
The Lord Holmes of Richmond MBE
Lord Holmes cares deeply about the diversity and inclusion in the technology field. He campaigns to increase the accessibility of this environment for the disabled. Moreover, through his Private Members Bill, he works with the government towards ending the injustice of unpaid internships across all the industries.
Christopher is Britain’s most successful Paralympic swimmer. He won 9 gold, 5 silver and 1 bronze medal. He was also a great contributor to organizing the 2012 Paralympic Games in London.
He has previously been a member of specialist House of Lords Select Committees. In Parliament, he sits on the influential Science and Technology Select Committee. He is also the co-chair of the All-Party Parliamentary Groups on Assistive Technology, Fintech, Blockchain, AI and 4th Industrial Revolution.
