Joining us on episode 15 of the #FintechandWeb3Founders series is the incredible Tosin Eniolorunda, TeamApt’s Founder & CEO, who shared with us the long winding processes of building his 9-figure business.

TeamApt started off with tailoring software solutions for Nigeria’s major banks to optimise core bank back-office operations and improve customer experience. The start-up soon grew to serve over 26 institutions and process $160 million in monthly transactions, all while being bootstrapped. However, their biggest expansion began in 2018 when the company redirected its business model to releasing customer and business-facing products, MoniePoint and Monnify, in a new vision to drive financial inclusion in Africa.

In this session led by our expert hosts, Ronit Ghose and Gaurav Dhar, we got to hear Tosin’s incredible 10 year journey of growing TeamApt, supporting financial inclusion in Africa, and the challenges of retaining Fintech talents. The disruptive entrepreneur revealed the nooks and crannies of running his start-up, including topics such as:

🔹 Creating a start-up and understanding the market

🔹 TeamApt product evolution and financial success

🔹 Team building and product development

🔹 Fundraising and investing in emerging markets
