The Programme
The 100 Fintech Scholarships Programme by ADGMA and CFTE aims to support region’s brightest minds accelerate their career in financial services and develop new Fintech skills. The programme will run from April to November 2022, covering a variety of topics each month in the form of 8 Modules. The completion of each Module will help you earn module-based certificate of completion.
Successful completion of each of the 8 Modules will help unlock the final certification of completion for the Fintech Scholarship Programme awarded by ADGMA and CFTE.

| Monthly Module Breakdown
Each month’s Module will be broken down in 3 parts: Online courses on THINK, live webinars and events, with requirements to complete a certain number sessions for each.
Courses
3-4/month
Each month of the programme will comprise of 3-4 online self-paced courses. We will curate the list of courses for the month's module that require mandatory completion.
Live Webinars
1/month
We will conduct monthly live webinars with experts in the field to deep dive into the Module topic for that month in a 1 hour session. Attendance at 7 out of the total 8 webinars throughout the programme is mandatory.
Events
1/month
Candidates will have the opportunity to join CFTE's Fintech & WEB 3 Founders Webinar Series to learn from leading entrepreneurs, with the requirement of attending 1 event each month.
Programme & Courses for September 2022
Module 07: Leadership
The month of October will focus on Module 07: Leadership. This module will help you to understand your audience/stakeholders and how you can effectively influence them, through your communication, your presentational skills and the key leadership traits you can develop. Successful completion of all the programme content for the month will help you earn a certification of completion for the module, counting towards the final certification.

Leading Yourself and Others in Finance & Technology, Part 1: How to Maximise Your Potential
Learn about different communications styles, how and when to use them, how to control energy levels and resilience in the workplace
Leading Yourself and Others in Finance & Technology, Part 2: How to Influence Others
Understand your audience/stakeholders and how you can effectively influence them, through your communication
CBDC Pilot Tests in Japan, Korea, Saudi Arabia, UAE and Europe
Develop a better understanding about diverse range of CBDC applications in different parts of the world
