The AI-fication of Jobs is Huy’s book that was released during Singapore’s Fintech Festival in 2024 and is a structured analysis of the impact of AI on jobs. The CDE Innovation Prism is used to identify how AI will transform jobs through the 3 patterns of Mass Displacement, Supercharged Professionals and Creative Disruptors.
The AI fication of Talents is a whitepaper that looks at the differences between those (individuals, organisations or nations) who are starting to do very well in an AI world, versus those who are falling behind. It introduces the lens of the Performance Hexagon that categorises professionals in Underperforming Contributors, Task Robots, Problem Solvers, System Thinkers and Superstars. The whitepaper argues that AI upskilling is important, but not sufficient, and that AI-readiness is a more relevant objective.
The AI Literacy (Whitepaper) is aimed at empowering organisations adopting AI without a structured way to measure whether their people can use it effectively and safely. This whitepaper introduces a research validated methodology for assessing AI capability across Knowledge, Skills, and Behaviours.
